Pictures from Oslofjorden Rundt 2011

Here are some pics I took from the Oslofjorden Rundt 2011 doublehanded regatta...

Here's Tormod at the helm just as the sun goes down in the west. Just catching the last of the breeze before it died down on the last run.

Heading southwest towards the last windward mark. The largest boats in the other classes have rounded as you can see in the horizon.

...even caught the moon...

Sails trimmed for an ok mix of power and pointing.

Silverminken the next morning before the second race. Some of you might notice that the tack line is not exiting the bowsprit, but through a ring in the bow.....we accidentally pulled the tackline through the night before, so we had to run the spinnaker with this setup on the last leg. Fixed it before the next race, though, using some small battens taped together to get a new line fed through the sprit.

Silverminken drying in the morning sun...

....some of the boats overnighting for the regatta lined up in the morning sun.
