Silverminken on display

The largest floating boat show in northern Europe "Båter i Sjøen" is taking place next weekend in Sandvika, and Silverminken will be there together with the new 350 and a 380. If you have the possibility this is a great opportunity to meet and see the boats live on the water!

Hope the boat show goes well
Please let us know your thoughts on the pros and cons
of all those people looking over your boat after the event.
We will be doing the same in February

Yes, the boat show went very well. Visitor numbers up about 20% from last year, and lots of positive people. We will definitely see more 310's on the water, but more on that later...

Having visitors walking around the boat is not a problem as long as there is someone there greeting them and socks available to cover shoes for those not willing to take their shoes off (not sure about what is customary outside of Norway, but this is pretty much standard procedure on boat shows here).

Also: an "insider" tip...hehe:

If you have some simple props inside that create a more "formal" mood, people tend to slow down a bit and be a bit more careful. Strange, but remarkably effective.

Good luck!
