That wheel still looks weird IMHO.

Here's an image of the bow locker open, as you can see it also covers the sprit when recessed.

Another cockpit image. Why they would place the compass beneath the companionway hatch one can only wonder.

Update: the compass location is probably to save space for instruments on the coachroof. From the test it seems there is only room for three instruments, so this placement might be quite logical after all.
